10 years later….

Years of crime, violence and depravity have gripped Steeltown.  Police crackdowns have only served to further stir up the sediment from the murky criminal underbelly.   Retaliatory violence has spun out of control,  and most of the good hard working folk have left the city for good.

Now a mecca for the drug trade, conveniently located at the US / Canada border, Steeltown has become a lawless sanctuary for the criminal elite. 

The steel mill that was once the city’s life source sits idle and vacant.  Gambling, drugs, and prostitution are Steeltown’s only industry now.     The crime lords have amassed vast wealth and their personal armies have rooted themselves throughout the city to protect their enterprise. 

With no end in sight, it is feared that the poisoned SteelTown will start to stretch its stranglehold on to more territories. Only one hope now remains ….  Richard Steele and his team of special forces.
